Job summary

As Team Leader you will directly link in to the Service Manager, as well as working collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Operations Managers and our partner organisations, to ensure clear communication and meet the delivery needs of this service to support our clients to achieve positive outcomes.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for collaboratively leading a WithYou team to deliver a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPI's set to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients and improve treatment outcomes, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. You and your team will be responsible for delivering against targets, always ensuring the service is complying with all of the necessary requirements that arise from working in a social care setting. There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride.

Our team in Lambeth is looking for a Team Leader to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. If you are enthusiastic, creative and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

At Lambeth, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, Phoenix Futures and Way Through providing free and confidential support to adults experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. The position is full time and permanent with a salary of £30,000 - £41,700 per annum (this is inclusive of a Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year).
