Do you have at least 4 years experience working in mental health and have great interpersonal skills that you want to develop while becoming a therapist?
We are proud to offer a high quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) offer, weekly 1-2-1 supervision, group supervision and reflective practice. You will be part of a supportive team of highly experienced practitioners and leaders, who are passionate about making a difference to people's lives.
In addition, this exciting opportunity includes an NHS funded Postgraduate Diploma course which will give you the skills to assess and deliver NICE recommended CBT interventions in community settings, for people suffering with symptoms of anxiety and depression. For more information, see the attached candidate pack.
Interviews will be held virtually on 24th, 25th or 26th June 2025. Successful candidates will need to start employment by 15th September 2025 subject to satisfactory checks.
You will receive the Surrey Fringe Allowance in addition to the advertised salary.
This is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week, dependent on successfully obtaining the Postgraduate Diploma as we are committed to your continued development and retention within our organisation. The position will be home based, but you must be able to physically attend University of Southampton in person throughout the course; this will usually be a Thursday and online on a Friday, and there may be additional days that you will need to attend in person. There will be an additional expectation that you will deliver treatment in person in Surrey at least one day a week and work at least one evening shift until 8pm once a week.
