We are looking for a passionate individual to join our amazing team in Wigan & Leigh that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. We are interested to hear from applicants who have experience in supporting people with disadvantages in finding work, or have worked within a recruitment or HR setting where you have a good understanding of placing individuals into work, or supporting within a work environment.
This is a new project and is an exciting opportunity to help make a real difference to people's lives. No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. Please note that working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, however some on-call work may be required on evenings and weekends. Please note, this is a FTC until 31st March 2026.
