Job summary

Our Harm Reduction Leads are integral to the running of our services. As a Harm Reduction Lead, you will work collaboratively with the operations team to provide support, information and advice in relation to reducing drug and alcohol harm to individuals accessing WithYou services in Rotherham.

Main duties of the job

As part of the role, you will be responsible for delivering training to partner agencies and colleagues on NSP, Naloxone etc. You'll work with closely with our clients to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective multi-partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity. The role will play a key role in the development of Harm Minimisation interventions within the community.

    • ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
    • You will also need to meet our safeguarding requirements of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
