About the Role
All of our staff have lived, or working experience of residential rehabilitation. They are closely linked to the local areas, and have extensive knowledge of recovery communities, support groups and wider services. The ROADS team can also offer support to families, carers and children of individuals who are going to long-term residential rehabilitation. The service is delivered in partnership with WithYou, Recovery Ayr and Barnardos.
As Team Leader you will directly link in to the Service Manager, as well as working collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Operations Managers and our partner organisations, to ensure clear communication and meet the delivery needs of this service to support our clients to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for collaboratively leading a WithYou team to deliver a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPI's set to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients and improve treatment outcomes, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team.
This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales.
The position is full time and permanent with a salary of £32,000 per annum.
