Job summary

Our team in Stoke is seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you thrive in a busy environment, having a wide range of different administration tasks to juggle and lots of different people to meet and support? If so, then this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job

This position is based at our Stoke Community Drugs and Alcohol service. You will be part of our administrative support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. You will also provide clinical administrative support and have a role to play in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who comes into the service. It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and providing clinical administrative support.

As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £23,400 - £25,000 per annum. This will include an element of evening and Saturday working on a rota basis.
