Job summary
Our team in West Cornwall are recruiting for Recovery Workers to join them in providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. You will be working in the West of Cornwall, but based at our Penzance office. If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual and are passionate about changing people's lives for the better, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Our Recovery Workers work with our clients to help them determine what their goals, ambitions, and passions are, working with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to get them back on the path to recovery. This is an integral role for WithYou. As a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions, and key work responsibilities. You will manage an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with the people we support, and treating them respectfully and with dignity.
