Job summary

Are you passionate about mental health and dedicated to making a positive impact in communities? We are looking for Outreach Workers to join our NHS Talking Therapies Service. WithYou is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health.

Main duties of the job

As an Outreach Worker, you are responsible for increasing awareness of our service and growing our level of engagement with local community groups. Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll establish relationships with various providers to introduce our service as a key component.

Job responsibilities

This is an exciting role, to work with a wide range of mental health practitioners, partner providers and referrers to develop and grow our mental health workforce in Kent. You will implement a local marketing toolkit to deliver impactful, promotion messages to the local community's needs.
