Job summary

We Are With You is part of a consortium with SLaM NHS Trust, St Mungos and CDARS. Our team in the London boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth are recruiting for an Service Manager, to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. If you are a dynamic leader, who can inspire others to make a difference for their clients using a compassionate and collaborative approach, we want to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will directly link in with both the Head of Partnerships for With You and the borough lead for SlaM, as lead providers, to ensure clear communication and a mutually agreed delivery of service. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively leading the team to ensure a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPIs set, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently, supporting staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding and with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales. Safeguarding those we provide our services to, sharing your concerns and putting the right interventions in place is key to the success of this role. You will work with a dedicated team of people, building strong relationships with other agencies to deliver the comprehensive support needed by those using our services. You will lead your team, providing development and clear direction aligned with the organisational aims and be a strong advocate for With You externally, maintaining and building our profile as you go.

The Richmond drug and alcohol service is based in Twickenham, not far from the river and the high street, and less than a ten-minute walk from Twickenham train station. This is a permanent, full-time role for 37.5 hours per week, with a London Weighting allowance of £2,759 per annum.
