Job summary

Your role will be to ensure the administration of the Practice is filed and actioned in a timely manner in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.

Main duties of the job

The following list of duties and responsibilities represent the broad range of tasks, which may be required to be undertaken either routinely or periodically, in addition to the local level roles and responsibilities of an Administrator:

All day-to-day administration duties, including, but not limited to:

Navigating various clinical software systems

Registration form processing and coding

Filing of secondary care letters within the Docman system

Coding of all relevant diagnosis and data from within clinical letters

Actioning tasks from within the Docman system

Assist with the typing of medical letters where necessary

Assist with the processing of private administration work

Attending and contributing to internal Practice Meetings

Meet QOF and all other locally determined targets

About us

Rock Healthcare is a long established, forward thinking and dynamic GP Practice currently serving around 9,500 patients. We are based at Moorgate Primary Care Centre in Bury as well as Radcliffe Primary Care Centre. Both sites are modern, purpose-built premises containing a variety of primary care services to meet the needs of the local population. We are proud to be a teaching Practice for Medical Students, Nursing Students, Health Care Assistants and GP Trainees, and are committed to the continued development of our teams.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following list of duties and responsibilities represent the broad range of tasks, which may be required to be undertaken either routinely or periodically, in addition to the local level roles and responsibilities of an Administrator:

All day-to-day administration duties, including, but not limited to:

SAFEGUARDING

All staff are responsible for ensuring that they are familiar with and adhere to Rock Healthcares and the ICBs safeguarding procedures and guidelines in conjunctions with the safeguarding Childrens and Adult Board Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.

PREVENTION OF INFECTION
