£22,347 [pro rata] + NHS Pension + Attendance Bonus Days + Blue Light Discount Card

We are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to join our busy department, located in Bury, 3 fixed days per week [between Mon-Friday], 9.00-5.00pm.

We are extremely proud of our departmental team and have established our goals of delivering high-quality, person-centred services/administration for employees and new starters alike, as well as supporting the ongoing development of colleagues and the organisation as we continue to grow our business.

This role would suit a candidate who has an enthusiastic, organised approach to training with good attention to detail. Previous work within a similar setting is desirable.

Main duties of the job

Support the Training Officer with administration for training and associated training processes.

Liaise with external providers to organise face to face training courses/events.

Provide all employees with administration support for E-Learning Platform: adding new users and providing set up support, liaising with the system provider for technical issues, and providing compliance reports to senior management.

Assist the Training Officer in the preparation of presentations / inductions & timetables for clinical students.

  • Experience of general office procedures.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • Responding to queries and problem solving.
  • Setting up and maintaining electronic filing systems.

Desirable

  • Experience in role of HR administration desirable although not essential.

Knowledge

  • Good practical experience with MS Office and Learning management systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of administration, office systems and procedures.
  • Understanding of confidentiality regulations and protocols.
