Job summary
The successful candidate will work as part of our East Somerset Team alongside existing members of our very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide excellent skills in palliative care by working flexibly as part of a very supportive team within the Dorothy House Community Team. You will be working in the East Somerset area. This is a Part Time position, working 22.5 hours over 3 days.
