Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a compassionate, enthusiastic and motivated Chaplain/Spiritual Care Practitioner to be part of our Multidisciplinary Team. The successful candidate will deliver and inform on pastoral and spiritual support to patients, their family members and staff, as well as, continue to develop best practices, which will inform excellent palliative care across West Norfolk. The successful candidate will ideally have experience or awareness of Hospice or Specialist Palliative Care services and work collaboratively to promote change and innovation.

To deliver spiritual care and pastoral support to patients, families and carers, volunteers and staff within Tapping House (TH).
