As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), you will play a key role within our Primary Care team in Herstmonceux delivering highquality clinical care, autonomously managing patient presentations, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

You will:

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
• Act as an Independent Prescriber (Essential).
• Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
• Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
• Support LongTerm Conditions and Womens Health as key focus areas.
• Use clinical systems effectively.
• Work flexibly within Allied Medical Practice.

What Were Looking For

Essential:

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masterslevel qualification.
• Independent Prescriber.
• Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
• Strong experience in LongTerm Conditions and Womens Health.
• Clinical leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Essential
