This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll be on the frontline of patient care, working with a compassionate team that values professionalism, confidentiality, and top-tier service. This role would be ideal for a person who has previous experience in a care environment or someone with good experience as an administrator.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Book appointments and manage phone, email, and face-to-face queries
  • Process prescription requests and update patient records accurately
  • Handle payments, post, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area and consulting rooms tidy and well-stocked
  • Manage patient registrations and support online service queries
  • Send referral forms and liaise with hospitals and community services
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and comply with data protection laws
