Receptionist / Driver - Out of Hours / Bank - Flexible Shifts

This role is an exciting blend of responsibilities:

Receptionist duties:

• Welcoming patients with compassion and ensure confidentiality.
• Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations.
• Youll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress.
• Ensuring 2 x way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations.
• Accurate record keeping

Driver duties:

• Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where theyll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes.
• Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.

Hours Available: Bank - Flexible Shifts

You must be able to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles as our IC24 cars are a mixture of both!.
