We are seeking a Divisional Lead Nurse to provide outstanding clinical leadership and operational support across our Primary & Community Care (P&CC) Division. As part of our senior leadership team, youll play a vital role in advancing patient safety, clinical innovation and excellence and workforce development.

Main duties of the job

What Youll Do Lead and support Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners, and Primary Care Lead Nurses. Drive clinical innovation, staff development, and high-quality patient care. Champion continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and a culture of learning. Collaborate with our Triumvirate Leadership Team to deliver safe, effective services. Represent IC24 at internal and external meetings, contributing to strategic direction.

What Youll Bring A current nursing or paramedic registration with clinical assessment and minor illness qualification. Hold a management/leadership qualification Proven experience in leadership, staff management, and clinical supervision. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Experience in urgent/unscheduled or primary care settings
