We are looking for a Head of Performance Delivery to lead and shape the future of operational delivery across our Primary & Community Care services. This is a pivotal leadership role that supports the strategic and operational performance of all services across the Division.Youll work closely with the Divisional triumvirate to ensure services are efficient, high-quality, and sustainable making a real difference to patient outcomes across the Integrated Care System.
