IC24 is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead one of our high-performing GP practices. This is a pivotal leadership role where youll manage the day-to-day functionality of the practice and associated community services ensuring high-quality patient care, motivating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving strategic growth.

Main duties of the job

What Youll Do: Qualify as the Registered CQC Manager, ensuring compliance with NHS and CQC standards. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting IC24s values: Respect, Innovation, Care, Excellence. Drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and service quality. Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships across PCNs, ICBs, and local Federations. Oversee health & safety, sustainability, and building compliance. Manage patient experience, audits, complaints, and workforce planning.
