This is your chance to be at the heart of healthcare helping people access the right services, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of care.Qualifications: What Youll Do Welcome and register patients professionally and courteously Direct patients to the appropriate services following NHS guidelines Answer telephone calls, handle patient queries, and book appointments Provide vital admin support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and more Support clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
