IC24 is looking for a professional, courteous, and highly organised Receptionist to join our dedicated team in our Out-of-Hours (OOH) department. Your Role: As a key member of the team, you will be the welcoming face of IC24. Youll receive patients into the OOH base, maintain accurate records, and ensure clinicians see patients in priority order all while delivering a high standard of care and confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Do: Greet and register patients professionally and efficiently Manage a real-time log of expected patients Direct clinicians based on patient priority Always maintain confidentiality Liaise with call centres for seamless coordination Support doctors with communication and admin Ensure medical supplies and stationery are well-stocked Uphold and improve quality standards in patient service Assist with filing and general administrative tasks What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and organisational skills A caring and professional attitude Ability to work effectively under pressure Commitment to confidentiality and patient care Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Who are we?
