The role of QA Test Manager at CLEO Systems is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an ambitious and driven team where your primary mission is to drive excellence in quality assurance practices. In this leadership role, you will guide and inspire the QA team to optimise testing processes crucial to our software solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and enforcing best practices, contributing to the strategic implementation of test automation, and ensuring compliance within industry standards.

In addition, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of quality assurance at CLEO Systems, contributing significantly to our commitment to delivering top-tier software solutions in the medical industry.

Main duties of the job

CLEO Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services. We are committed to delivering Clinical Excellence Online (CLEO). Through this mission we contribute to the wider Group ambition to improve access to health and social care for patients and reduce the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Location Remote with occasional travel to Ashford Kent.

Hours Available 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Essential

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Tester or relevant role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in manual testing.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with security testing tools, including ZAP.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent level of English and IT skills.
