Do you have good knowledge and understanding of the Mid & South Essex area, and can use various IT equipment including PC and Sat Nav, and have a full clean driving licence? Main duties of the job

The dual job purpose of this exciting role is to transport GPs on visits around the locality to visit patients, whilst providing a point of contact for patients upon arrival at dedicated base, welcoming them and ensuring their confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Ability to maintain an accurate log of waiting patients on the system and ensuring that they are directed to the relevant Clinicians as soon as possible and in priority order is a must. Each patient seen should then be given a Personal Feedback Questionnaire (PFQ) to complete of their experience of our out of hours service.

Hours AvailableEvenings, overnight and weekends covering a 24/7 operation (we may be able to offer hours that could suit your requirements subject to availability)
