Do you have previous experience of working in contact center Workforce Planning? Are you experienced in using Quinyx or a WFM tool within a contact center environment? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join our Workforce Planning team on a fixed term basis. The successful candidate must understand resource planning methodology and assumptions as well as scheduling and headcount requirements within the contact centers.

IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Hybrid working, based from your nearest contact centre
Hours Available 37.5 hours per week
TermFixed term until December 2023
