Job summary
The Hospice at Home service cares for patients across Cambridgeshire who choose to remain in their own home in their last weeks of life. We are holistic in our approach and the care is tailored to each person’s specific needs. The compassionate team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provides practical and holistic care supporting patients and their families in their homes.
We now have an opportunity for a Band 6 Community Sister / Charge Nurse to join us in a permanent role, at our hospice in Cambridge and covering Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire and Ely. This is a part time role working 32 hours per week.
