We're looking for a Capacity Resource Planner at our Bournemouth hub for 24 hours per week working Monday, Thursday and Friday. (More details can be found below).
The role will support the work of the Telemedical Services in Bournemouth through close monitoring of templates, appointment availability and resource interpretation.
The Telemedical Capacity Administrative Support will undertake related activities by providing telephone back up for appointment bookings, managing the incoming suitability reports, auditing client case notes and providing admin support to the function as a whole.
About You
We're looking for someone who has previous experience of telephone and administration work within a customer care environment, someone who has exceptional communication skills, particularly listening skills and someone who is able to complete tasks under pressure and short notice.
You will also bring:
- Experience of inputting and basic reporting and formulas
- Non-judgmental with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Able to multi-task and move between roles easily
- Good prioritisation skills with the ability to process multiple instructions
Main duties of the job
- To regularly monitor and adjust appointment templates to reflect targeted
initiatives and pre agreed allocations.
- Offering and moving clients
between Telemedical Hubs when needed to ensure no disruption to clients, and
equitable wait times for all ICBs/clients
- Ensuring the agreed percentage of client case notes are audited to agreed standards and offer feedback regarding audit process to management.
- To support the day-to-day active management of capacity and highlight gaps
and/or capacity concerns to management.
- Work alongside the Hub
first line management team to ensure wait time and efficiency KPIs are met.
- Daily
update of Rotamaster to facilitate accurate reporting and forecasting.
