We are looking for an experienced Client Care Manager to work on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday at our unit in Richmond.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire client care process, from assessment through to treatment and follow-up. Your primary focus will be to ensure the achievement of service standards through effective coordination of staff and financial resources.
About You:
You will have proven experience with working in a care environment, experience of managing people and carrying out an administrative function with resource management responsibilities.

Main duties of the job
- To motivate staff to ensure the achievement of
unit targets and quality standards set by the Treatment Unit Manager
- To ensure effective communication systems are
maintained within the admin department, with effective lines of communication
between other staff, departments, and units.
- To ensure that clients and their escorts are
treated with courtesy and respect and that they receive a high standard of
service.
- To manage the
administration of consultation and treatment appointments, medical case notes,
client comment forms and monthly case note audits as appropriate.
