As the Clinic Manager for Client Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire client care process, from assessment through to treatment and follow-up.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the achievement of service standards through effective coordination of staff and financial resources.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience with working in a care environment, that has experience of managing people and carrying out an administrative function with resource management responsibilities.

Main duties of the job

  1. Lead and Motivate:

  • You will provide effective line management to the administrative staff, inspiring and motivating them to achieve unit targets and maintain quality standards set by the Treatment Unit Manager.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork within the admin department, while ensuring effective lines of communication with other staff, departments, and units.
  • Proactively participate in key meetings and conferences, facilitating the cascade of vital information to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR Policies and Procedures, including performance management, sickness absence, and grievance handling.

  1. Client-Centered Service:

  • Guarantee the consistent delivery of professional and client-focused services that meet defined service standards.
  • Collaborate with the Treatment Unit Manager to ensure adherence to all Department of Health, Healthcare Commission, and BPAS policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of consultation and treatment appointments, medical case notes, client comment forms, and monthly case note audits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the care of young people and vulnerable adults.

  1. Resource Management:

  • Ensure the administration service aligns with the Treatment Unit Manager's directions, particularly regarding finances and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate patient registers and develop systems for accurate and timely statistical reporting to Head Office.

Hours of Work: To be worked flexibly Monday to Saturday to meet the needs of the service. More information on working patterns will be discussed at interview.

Saturday shifts are paid at a premium rate of time and half.
