Were looking for a System Testing Administrator to support the ongoing quality and performance of BPASs internal systems. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in admin, helpdesk support, or system testing, who enjoys following clear processes and solving practical problems.
- This is not a developer or engineering role no programming required. The focus is on testing, documenting, and supporting users of internal systems.
- Perfect for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and has experience supporting or working with IT systems in an admin or operational setting.
About the Role
The System Testing Administrator plays an important part in maintaining the Booking and Client Administration Systems (BIS and CAS), which support clinical and operational services at BPAS. You'll work with our development and support teams to test system updates, assist users, and help ensure systems are working as they should.
Your work directly supports the quality of care we provide to clients by keeping internal systems accurate, safe, and easy to use
Main duties of the job
- Running structured system tests and documenting results
- Supporting the development team by identifying and retesting issues
- Helping staff understand how to use system features
- Responding to helpdesk tickets and assisting with day-to-day user issues
- Supporting the Administration and Testing Lead with wider IT admin and support tasks
- Following data protection and information governance policies at all times
About You
You dont need a degree just strong IT confidence, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Were looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, methodical, and organised
- Comfortable working with internal IT systems and troubleshooting issues
- A clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Able to follow processes and document their work accurately
- Happy to work remotely and independently with support from a small team
Please note: Internally at BPAS, this role is referred to as a Test Engineer. For external recruitment purposes and market alignment, we are advertising it as System Testing Administrator to better reflect the level and focus of the position.
