BPAS are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic marketing team at BPAS. This is a permanent, hybrid role, working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. You will work from home, with travel to the Conduit, London, once a week.
This role is central to the performance and effectiveness of our websites and digital marketing strategy. You'll work across a broad digital mix, from SEO to paid search campaigns, ensuring users can easily access our services and engage with our charity's mission.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll lead on website management and support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for all website-related queries and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive measurable results.

Main duties of the job
About you
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in their digital marketing skills. You'll bring experience of managing websites, using CMS platforms (ideally Umbraco or WordPress), and optimising digital performance through SEO and data-driven insight. You will bring strong copywriting and content editing skills along with a great attention to detail.
You'll be comfortable working collaboratively across teams, managing agency relationships, and adapting quickly to priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience managing websites using CMS platforms
- Confidence working with Google Ads, UTM tracking, and campaign optimisation
Main Duties:
- Manage and maintain BPAS websites, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and regularly updated
- Optimise websites for search engines (SEO), including local listings and internal/external linking
- Ensure all digital activity aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and BPAS wider organisational strategy
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, with a test-and-learn approach to drive engagement
- Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and keyword rankings, using insights to inform digital strategy
- Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to improve website performance, user experience, and functionality
