BPAS (British Pregnancy Advisory Service) is a leading healthcare organisation
dedicated to providing high-quality reproductive healthcare services across the

dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Director of
Operations.
Role Overview:
The Deputy Director of Operations at BPAS plays a crucial role,
reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You'll oversee operations
across five regions in the UK, ensuring each division is well-informed and
performing at its best.
The main focus will be supporting the Director of Operations in shaping
BPAS's strategic direction. You'll gather insights from external sources to
keep us aligned with national and local best practices, driving performance
optimisation.
A top priority will be leading action plans to achieve necessary
improvements across the organisation.

Main duties of the job
- Provide senior operational leadership, supporting operational change and
driving service improvements.
- Collaborate with ADO's to develop and execute strategic
plans and operating budgets.
- Oversee resource management, including capacity monitoring, financial
control, and contract management.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of engagement, accountability, and
continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety
regulations, and risk management protocols.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and represent BPAS interests in local
healthcare forums and partnerships.

- Proven operational management experience in healthcare, with a strong
understanding of CQC regulations.

British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is the UK's largest independent women's reproductive healthcare charity. We work mainly on behalf of the NHS across the country providing abortion, contraception, STI testing & treatment. We specialise in evidence-based, not-for-profit care reproductive healthcare.

Location: Hybrid working working from home with the
expectation of working within head office in Leamington Spa for meetings, team
days and when required. Travel will be
required to the London office and BPAS units when necessary.

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
Hours Per Week: 36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday
09.00-15.30
NB: Shifts that are longer than 6 hours, will include a 30 minutes
unpaid break.
