You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering domestic, catering, and facilities services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for both clients and staff.

Working closely with the Treatment Unit Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational management of the unit, overseeing administrative processes, coordinating facilities services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in an administrative role with responsibility for coordinating services and resources
  • Experience of managing or supervising staff
  • Knowledge of facilities management and health and safety requirements
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently
