Main duties of the job

The post holders will work as part of a multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in the Inpatient Unit. The post holders will provide the highest standard of palliative care nursing to people living with advanced, serious, life-limiting illness to support their personal priorities and preferences enabling them and their families live as well as possible and to experience compassionate end of life care.
