The Role:

We are looking for Registered Nurses able to cover the following weeklyshift patterns:

* 37.5 hrs Day shifts

* 36.75 hrs Night shifts - 3/4 nights alternate weeks

* Bank across both Days and Nights

The post holderswill work as part of a multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in the Inpatient Unit. The post holders willprovide the highest standard of palliative care nursing to people living with advanced, serious, life-limiting illness to support their personal priorities and preferences enabling them and their families live as well as possible and to experience compassionate end of life care.
