Job summary

We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in the community. Our Healthcare Assistants are responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader for patients in their homes.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of a multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in the community and in the community. Responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader, Registered Paramedic/Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist for patients in their homes.

    • Good record keeping skills.
    • Able to work in the community and have access to a car.
    • Have valid or prepared to obtain business class insurance for vehicle.
