Job summary
You will be approximately two years post qualification, preferably with some experience of working with complex needs and an interest in working with young people who have experienced homelessness to #changethestory. This regional role will support the delivery of PIE across the charity, within specific services in London. If you more newly qualified, please contact the Head of PIE to discuss, as your application may still be considered based on your unique skills and experience.
The role will involve extensive staff consultation, training and reflective practice within Centrepoint Services, as well as supporting research and policy development across the organisation. There will also be opportunities to deliver clinical psychology therapeutic interventions and undertake neuropsychological assessments to young people (aged 16-25 years) in conjunction with the Centrepoints Therapeutic Services Team with your region.

Main duties of the job
Act as a PIE Psychologist to support the roll out of Centrepoints Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), with the support of the wider PIE Team.
Support the implementation of PIE Training, as well as other psychologically informed training sessions, for Centrepoint staff within your allocated services.
Lead reflective practice sessions for Centrepoint staff teams within your allocated services.
Offer your psychological skills and knowledge to support and provide psychological consultation to staff within your allocated Centrepoint services.
Deliver, in conjunction with the regional Centrepoint Therapeutic Services Team, neuropsychological assessments / psychological therapy interventions to homeless young people in your allocated services.
Ensure the highest levels of safeguarding and risk management for our young people.
Support research and policy work within Centrepoint, in conjunction with the Head of PIE.
Promote diversity and equality throughout all practices.
Keep up to date with the current evidence base, as well as future trends or issues within the sector.
