Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Team Manager to lead our Digital Clinical Hub at Southport and Formby Primary
Care Network (PCN). This role is essential in supporting GP practices within
our network by managing and processing clinical correspondence remotely.
The
successful candidate will manage a team of four team leaders and their 10+
staff, with potential for further expansion.
This team is responsible for the accurate coding of relevant information
and the escalation of necessary documents for further management. This position
offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement and
innovation of our services.
Although advertised at full time, hours between 30-37.5 hours will be considered if the applicant was pursuing a part-time role.

about clinical coding. They are skilled in using EMIS Web and Microsoft Office,

Southport and Formby Health (SAFH) are a GP owned company created to enhance the delivery of healthcare services to people living in Southport and Formby.

correspondence for all aligned Southport and Formby GP practices.
-Utilise EMIS Functionality: Ensure efficient and accurate recording
of clinical information using EMIS software.
