Job summary

Southport and Formby Health are the interim provider for the provision of APMS primary medical services for Lincoln House.

We hope to provide a high quality service that is responsive and accessible for local patients at their point of need. Lincoln House is staffed by a variety of clinicians and administrators including an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, practice nurse, GP assistant and pharmacist. The team is friendly and hardworking and looking forward to welcoming a General Practitioner to the practice.

This an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to creating a modern general practice involving total clinical triage of patients and an administration hub to deal with back office functions. We hope this individual will bring continuity and assist in the development of a local GP surgery by offering between 4 and 6 sessions flexibly per week.

As well as all the benefits of working as part of the team at Lincoln House Surgery, there are additional opportunities within Southport and Formby Health to participate and learn within their existing services including the Community Cardiology Service, 7-Day Service and Education Training Hub.

Please contact Louise Sproat on louise.sproat1@nhs.net with any questions. Interviews will take place week commencing 26th February 2024.
