Job summary
To ensure the effective day-to-day running of a registered care home with nursing, having overall accountability for ensuring the home is run in an efficient and safe manner whilst employees provide the highest standard of care to service users. You will be responsible for providing a person-centred service for people with a mental health condition and other associated care needs. The service will aim to meet and exceeds the requirements of legislation and inspection requirements.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse Manager to join our team.
This role will play a crucial role in overseeing the service, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional care to our service users, and be responsible for coming up with new and creative ideas to improve our service.
We need someone with a compassionate nature, who is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will need to be have the ability to adapt your approach to each person we support, always ensuring they are well taken care of and dreaming big for their future. You will need to have the courage to take calculated risks and possess a continuous learning mind-set.
In this role you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of the service, In addition you will still be hands on providing compassionate and high-quality care to service users as well as managing and supervising staff members.
