This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic Training and Research Hub, supporting GP practices across West London to deliver first-class patient care. In this role, youll be organising training events, courses and programmes, as well as engaging practices in innovative research opportunities. Youll build strong relationships with local teams, listen to their needs, and help create practical solutions that make a real difference.

Main duties of the job
In this role, you will:

Bring people together by organising and running training events, courses and programmes for GP practice staff.

Promote innovation by supporting practices to get involved in local research opportunities.

Build strong relationships with GP practices, listening to their needs and shaping training and research offers that really work for them.

Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes from managing communications and records to ensuring everything is well-planned and delivered on time.

Work as part of a supportive team, collaborating across the Federation to make a real difference for staff and patients in West London.
