Hub Operations and ARRS Clinical Roles Lead

Job summary

We are seeking a senior operational leader to join the LMA West London GP Federation as Hub Operations and ARRS Clinical Roles Lead. This is a key leadership role managing our clinical hubs and ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) workforce, serving nearly 300,000 patients across Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

Whether you're currently in hospital, community, or mental health services, this is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience in a dynamic primary care environment. Youll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee service performance, and collaborate with Clinical Leads to deliver innovative, integrated care.

The role offers a unique chance to influence population health, work at scale across 39 GP practices, and contribute to a future-facing model of care. Youll join an ambitious organisation delivering over £10 million of services, operating 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Salary: £70,000£75,000, with access to the NHS Pension Scheme, CPD funding, and Employee Assistance Programme.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of innovation in primary care. We're looking for a motivated and forward-thinking professional with transferable management skillswhether from primary care, acute, or community health settingsto help shape and lead the delivery of cutting-edge clinical services across West London.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of services including enhanced access, same day care, and innovative community models such as Grenfell Primary Care and spirometry. Working closely with the Director of Operations, youll ensure high-quality, compliant delivery while driving continuous improvement and transformation.

Youll lead multidisciplinary teams, including ARRS clinical staff, and empower them to work at the top of their profession. With a strong focus on compassionate leadership and people development, youll create a collaborative culture where staff thrive and patients benefit.

This role is perfect for someone who brings vision, energy, and exceptional people management skills. Youll play a key role in developing our organisational culture, shaping our workforce strategy, and identifying new service opportunities with our Business Development Lead.
