Working Hours
Up to 38 hours per week in total - to be split between the two successful candidates (we are flexible as to how this split is allocated).
Hours will be between the hours of Monday-Friday between 8.00am-6.30pm

Your day will be varied, interesting, and busy: from welcoming patients and managing appointments to supporting clinicians and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

- Provide a professional front-of-house service to visiting patients and visitors
- Maintain and monitor the appointment system, ensuring smooth patient flow
- Process telephone and online appointment requests
- Answer incoming calls, signposting patients to the right service or clinician
- Scan and upload patient documents and correspondence to medical records
- Accurately input and code data on EMIS clinical systems
- Process prescription requests in collaboration with the Prescriptions Administrator
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage emails, post, and other correspondence efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and keep reception areas clean and organised
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of practice processes
