Job summary

The Business Support Officer provides high quality administrative, governance and coordination support to the Senior Management Team. The role strengthens the effectiveness of the senior team by supporting meetings, documentation, tracking, and operational administration across strategic and organisational priorities

To deliver reliable, accurate and proactive business support across the organisation, enabling the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership Team to operate efficiently, maintain effective governance, and progress organisational priorities

What you will be doing as our Business Support Officer.

As a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in keeping our organisational processes running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will support teams across the organisation and help ensure colleagues are organised, informed and able to deliver high-quality services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and distributing papers
  • Supporting governance processes, including document control and action tracking
  • Maintaining trackers, records and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Preparing reports, documents and presentations to support teams and senior colleagues
  • Managing and organising information using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Supporting colleagues across multiple teams, helping to prioritise and manage workloads
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
