At Northpoint, were excited to share an exciting part time opportunity for aDeputy Operational Team Manager, Primary Care Mental Health based in Leeds!
Were proud to be part of the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS), a collaborative initiative bringing together IAPT services and primary care mental health support across Leeds. Working alongside around 200 colleagues across seven operational teams, together were able to support up to 28,000 people with complex mental health needs every year. Were looking for a proactive and inspiringDeputy Operational Team Managerto work alongside our hub management team, to lead practitioners and administrators and shape the smooth running of our service, with people at the centre of everything we do.
