Job responsibilities

What youll do:

  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring a seamless service user journey
  • Drive safe, efficient systems and processes, with a keen focus on safeguarding and clinical risk
  • Build strong partnerships with local providers, schools, NHS and community organisations
  • Use data and insight to improve and innovate continuously

What youll bring:

  • Professional qualification (clinical, therapeutic or equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing teams in health, education, or social care
  • Strong decision-making in triage, referrals, and safeguarding
  • Confidence working with digital case management systems
  • A collaborative, people-first approach
