We have a unique opportunity for an Administration Lead to join Northpoint. This role will involve working from Calderdale to lead a team of administration assistants. You will join us on a permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary.

Main duties of the job

This role will lead a team of administrators to support the business needs and delivery of Northpoints children, young people, and family services in Calderdale.

The services include:

  • First Point of Contact (FPOC), which is the single point of access for mental health and neurodevelopmental referrals for children, young people, and families in Calderdale
  • Getting Help Therapeutic Team, who provide in-person and digital clinical support to clients
  • Mental Health in Schools Team (MHST), which provides emotional health interventions to students in school, alongside training and support for school staff
