We have a unique opportunity for a Mental Health Navigator to join Northpoint. This role will involve working in Halifax to oversee incoming referrals and enquiries into the service, ensuring risk and safeguarding concerns are identified and managed.

You will join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. 

Main duties of the job

The role of Mental Health Navigator is fundamental in providing a positive journey for users of our services through collaboration, innovation, and technology. Our telephone and web-based referral and advice services allow effective identification of children and young people’s needs, assisting them on the initial pathway to appropriate support or diagnosis.
