Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will support
our Enhanced Access provisionand other Service
Facilitators in the delivery of STHC Services and Programmes across South
Tyneside.
This includes ensuring our
appointments are carefully managed, appointment books are maintained, and
patients are registered and booked in with the most appropriate clinicians.
The Administration Support will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including arranging meetings and taking minutes.

- Experience of arranging meetings, setting up meetings, and providing related admin support e.g. setting agendas and taking minutes.

- Experience of using EMIS or equivalent clinical system
- Experience of clinical system coding/scanning
