To get started, you'll need to complete a comprehensive 6-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. After that, mornings are where you shine.
For successful candidates, Assessments will take place on 3rd and 4th February 2026, online at 11am.
Start Dates (subject to pre-employment checks being received) 16th February 2026, 2nd March 2026, 13th April 2026.
Main duties of the job
Your Role:o First Contact: Manage urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice.o NHS Pathways Software: Assess patients' conditions and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.o Advanced Training: Use your advanced listening and probing skills to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is signposted correctly.
Please note that training is for 6 weeks, 9am-5pm regardless of contracted hours.
