Job summary
We have an
exciting opportunity for an administrator to work with Procare Health Ltd team
providing administrative support to Guildford and Waverley Primary Care
Networks and support in delivering our services and projects. You will need to work autonomously to ensure that daily tasks and on-going workloads are
prioritised and completed in agreed time frames to ensure the most effective
support of Procare Health Ltd.
The post holder will be based in Haslemere
Community Hospital working flexibly across 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday to Friday
providing administrative support to our clinicians/managers with Procare Health
Ltd services and projects. You need to be self-motivated and able to work
autonomously.
Main duties of the job
Are you passionate about local community health
care and local primary care services? Are
you looking to be part of ensuring good local patient experience and
outcomes? Do you have good interpersonal
and communication skills? Are you interested
in supporting local Primary care clinicians, GPs, Practice Nurses and health
care assistants to ensure that they can put excellent patient care at the
centre of what they do? Do you have the
skills to support managers with planning, facilitation, and supporting the
implementation of small projects? Are you able to oversee data collection and
collation of information? Do you have experience in maintaining logs and
records? Are you confident in organising meetings?
Are you confident in EMIS (electronic patient record) or willing to learn?
The
post holder will work under the direction of the Operations Manager and
will have access to undertake the training and education as
relevant and as required of the role.

- Demonstrable recent experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public / customer care and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Experience organising meetings, circulating agenda, minutes, action log; minute taking and maintaining effective action log
Knowledge and Skills

- Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
- Clear communicator with good writing, data entry and telephone skills: capable of constructing and delivering tactfully, sensitive /complex information/ instructions to staff and service users
- Planning and organising meetings and events for multiple attendees with ability to respond to problems quickly and professional
- Collaborate with own team to organize rotational capacity for service coverage with service cover agreed by line manager
