Job responsibilities

As a Newly Qualified GP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our PCN services, focusing on

  • Enhanced health in Care Homes

  • Urgent, acute and routine clinics

  • Addressing the frailty domains of the GP Delivery Improvement Framework

  • Supporting Urgent Care demand

Main Duties

  • Conduct in-person and telephone consultations

  • Visit patients at home and in nursing homes

  • Manage repeat prescriptions and clinical administration

  • Collaborate closely with our PCN team to enhance patient care and frailty management

If youre a motivated and caring individual, who is either qualified or due to qualify (we will consider applicants who are due to qualify later this year), looking to join a successful, forward-thinking PCN in a beautiful setting, we want to hear from you.
